Observation
At the time of the onsite monitor inspection, the kitchen was accessible to children where the window had a blind covering with internal strings that could form a loop around a child's neck. At the time of the onsite monitor inspection, there were two wires near the dress up cabinet that were long enough to form a 7" loop around a child's neck and were accessible to children. At the time of the onsite monitor inspection, the water temperature in the bathroom was measured to be 139.6 degrees F. At the time of the onsite monitor inspection, the shed in the yard was unlocked and accessible to children for a possible entrapment. At the time of the onsite monitor inspection, there were many items including toys, supplies, paperwork, etc. in front and back rooms that posed a falling hazard to children below. At the time of the onsite monitor inspection, the window in the back room had a torn screen, opened more than 3.5", and had a drop to the ground below of more than 4'. The window was right above a small couch and within reach of children.
